How to Keep on Losin' with the F.E.E Breakfast Recipe Diet

3 Delicious 375- Calorie Breakfasts Recipes for you from Fitness Elements Express

When it comes to breakfast there are a few things to bear in mind:You are free to add coffee or tea to any of the breakfasts. If you use sugar, remember, you're adding an extra 16 calories per teaspoon. Soy milk may be substituted for fat- free milk. Check the soy milk label to be sure that it's enriched with calcium (at least 30% of the DV for calcium) and no more than 100 calories per cup. And if you can't use an entire cup of milk in the cereal or oatmeal, drink the rest or add it to your coffee.

Blender Breakfast F.E.E. No. 1 : Strawberry Slendorizing Smoothie (9 g fiber) Prep: 5 minutes plus freezing * Makes 1 serving (2 cups)

1 cup calcium- enriched soy milk (about 100 calories and at least 25% of the DV for calcium per cup)
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 cup strawberries, hulled
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey

In a blender, combine soy milk, banana, strawberries, wheat germ, and honey; blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into a tall glass.

Each smoothie: About 370 calories * 13 g protein * 70 g carbohydrate* 9 g fiber * 7 g total fat (1 g saturated) * mg chloesterol * 124 sodium

Great for a Post Metabolic Conditioning Workout-Pure Cardio Blast!

F.E.E. Breakfast Recipe Tip No. 2 Fruit-Topped Waffels (9 g fiber)

Have 2 whole- grain waffles, about 170 calories for two (e.g., Kashi brand), topped with a total of 2 teaspoons trans fat-free margarin, 2 teaspoons maple or light pancake syrup, and 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries or 1/2 a banana sliced. Served with 1 cup fat-free milk.

Attention Shoppers Beware! Margarine or Butter?

The healthiest alternative: I reccomend margarine labeled 0 trans fat or trans fat free. It's usually a littles softer than the old stick margarines, but it tastes and acts the same.

F.E.E. Breakfast Recipe Tip No. 3 Nut Butter and Toast (5 g fiber)

Spread 1 1/2 slices of whole wheat bread or toast with 4 teaspoons (total) of almond or peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of honey. Top with half a banana, sliced. Serve with 1 cup fat-free milk.

I hope these three 370 calorie Super Summer Slendorizing Breakfasts give you a healthier alternative to food this Summer season!

Have a healthy and happy day!
